When ISIS was a thing, I Marie Kondo-ed my belongings and joined an ecological farm. Over the years I have exchanged some anxieties for others, though some have steadfastly remained: Holocaust II and climate change. Despite that, I had a child; I'm optimistic- the world can become a better place. But the experience of childbirth brought on the new fear of turning into my parents. And this, in a way, is the most challenging fear; no composting or forged papers will save me. This series is based on my experiences from the farm and my impossible yearning to change my destiny and be my own person.
