Former Lionsgate Television Group Vice Chairman, Sandra Stern is part of a leadership team that has guided Lionsgate Television to unprecedented 25-year growth and a position as the world’s leading independent supplier of premium scripted series to broadcasters and streamers. She is the highest-ranking woman executive in Lionsgate history.
Stern’s dealmaking prowess, talent relationships and strategic grasp of the business helped Lionsgate bring to life many series. During her 25-year tenure with Lionsgate Television, her innovative deals with streaming and linear partners alike has led to such iconic series as ״Orange is the New Black״, ״Mad Men״, ״The Studio״, ״Weeds״, ״Nurse Jackie״, ״Nashville״ and many more.
Stern played a key role in the acquisition and integration of the global entertainment platform eOne, adding thousands of titles to the Lionsgate library.
A graduate of UCLA Law School, Stern is a founding member of their LEAD program and serves on the Board of the Law School’s Ziffren Center, where she also teaches. She was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.

He co-created “Bad Boy” (Hot/Netflix), “No Man’s Land” (Arte/Hulu), “Valley of Tears” (Kan11/HBO Max), “Red Skies” (Reshet/Apple), “Trust No Man” (Keshet/Netflix), and “Traitor” (HOT). His espionage series “The Gordin Cell” (Yes) became NBC’s “Allegiance” and other international adaptations. He co-wrote Oscar-nominated “Beaufort” and Israeli Academy Award-winning “Incitement”. As Keshet’s Head of Content, he commissioned and oversaw “Homeland”, “The A Word”, and other acclaimed series; story-edited “The Baker and the Beauty”. He is also a bestselling author published in 20 languages.

With over a decade of experience in creative management, Itamar served as Creative Director at Motion Array. He later established the AI Content department at Artlist, where he currently serves as Head of AI Content, leading AI-driven creation and pushing the boundaries of creativity through emerging technologies.
