As war with Iran erupts, Noy flees with her family to a villa in the desert. Their escape turns into a moral reckoning when a young girl arrives, claiming she escaped Gaza. Noy’s efforts to protect her have unexpected consequences.

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER

Eilon Bar Tal is a 28-year-old award-winning filmmaker from Tel Aviv. His debut feature Estate premiered at the 2025 Mar del Plata International Film Festival and received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the Ophir Awards. His short Mute won Best Film at the Tel Aviv Student Film Festival, and his second short Rami, the Neighbor was selected for the Haifa and Beijing Film Festivals.

Michal Giladi

Michal Giladi is a Tel Aviv–based independent producer with experience across a range of fiction film productions. Her debut feature as an independent producer, ‘Estate’, directed by Eilon Bar Tal, premiered at the 2025 Mar del Plata International Film Festival. She has produced several short films that screened internationally, as well as music videos for some of Israel’s leading artists.
