Submissions to the first Sam Spiegel Series Lab have ended, and we were overwhelmed by the response and the amount of submissions that bring the multifaceted stories of Israeli reality to the fore. Submitted projects included once-in-a-lifetime characters and fascinating stories that put the Conflict, the fears and the dreams of those who live here right on the table.
The numbers seem to suggest that men and women submitted equally representing a true parity in our industry.
Now our selection committee will have the hard work of selecting just 8 projects for this very first round.
Do not despair - if it does not work out for your project this year, we will be back next year for more!
